Wolf Cubs
The Wolf Cub section is open to boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 10. This section offers games and practical activities based on the Jungle Book as written by B.-P.'s friend Rudyard Kipling. Much of the learning is 'by doing'. The overall program is similar in appearance to B.-P.'s original pre-1960's Wolf Cub program which has been run successfully in Canada as the Timber Wolf section of BPSA-Canada. Wolf Cub leaders are required to be Rovers who at a minimum have completed a Brownsea Rover Squire Training course. Additional training for new leaders will be made available as courses are developed. For information on how to start a group, click here. Wolf Cub References: The
